Hi guys,

Firstly I wanted to say thank you all for all of your support. Running this website has been a great way for me to connect with other buyers and sellers and I've enjoyed helping people. I really do like to see other women's adult fetish buisinesses thriving and hear from happy buyers who tell me more and more that there are so many great used panty sellers out there.

I do have some sad news however. Due to my being time poor I have not been able to keep this website updated despite all the ladies and gents writing to me. I will not be able to add anything new here into the future either, so this website will stay as it is.

Never despair though as there is always Panty Trust for support as well as other fetish websites. On fetlife for example, I run a group for new used panty sellers to ask questions. This group is great because it enforces that sense of community that is so lovely in the used panty fetish scene. It also means that if people ask country specific questions that I may not know the answer to (I've never lived in the US for example and am forever asked about US shipping) then someone else can answer.

I urge all sellers and buyers who're starting out to read on this website, do some googling and join a few groups before they ask questions so they can be sure their questions were not already answered somewhere. Once you've received help too, you should offer it to others. This is a community after all.

The lovely Thora Burger asks for advice: reddit, ziplock bags and vacum sealers

Hello, I'm Thora Burger (my non-fake-just-not-my-ID-name, i read your blog :p) and first I'd just like to thank what you're doing. It's extremely helpful for sellers and buyers. Blogs like yours were really a life saver.

So I have a few questions (you said on twitter we could contact you via email so i preferred it than tweeting it)

Do you know about the subreddit r/pantyselling? What do you think of it if you do? I've been there since I began selling because it seemed much more preferable to the paying websites out there and the community is really good (the vast majority of my non-serious messages and time wasters came from outside that subreddit who saw me on r/UnderwearGW)

Also, the biggest problem i've been having is with packaging, specifically air sealing the panties. I don't have zip lock bags, just regular plastic sandwich bags (for some reason no market near me sells the sealable ones, going to look again when i run out of these). I put the panties in one of them, cut the excess, compress it in a book (this I saw recommended on a blog or forum) and then i burn it shut trying to keep all the air out. I do this again with another bag and compress it more (there's always tiny leaks for the air to come out) and finish with clear sticky tape. What I'd like to know is, do you think what I'm doing makes a difference or is even a little bit as effective as vacuum sealing? I'd like a vacuum sealer but they are all so expensive I feel I should look for another option. I've tried researching it but all I got was the vacuum seal method and the one Im using right now. So I'd like the opinion of someone more experienced.

Nice name! It’s sort of like Dora, only doesn’t remind me of the kids show (sorry to my friend Dora, fellow Aussie used panty seller! You’re gorgeous, even if you don’t speak Spanish like her!) 

Glad your question wasn’t, “How do you use reddit to sell my used panties?” actually. I’ve tried to use reddit to sell my used panties in the past and honestly I still can’t work out how to navigate the website. After I received this I contacted the people who run that reddit (I was on there before they made it harder to post) Messaging the mod who was running it through reddit’s messaging system and her response came, very huffy about how I should send her a mod-message… but she’s the mod, and I did message her? See. Don’t get it. 

The process you’re using to keep your used panties fresh sounds rather complicated. You don’t breath in the burnt-plastic air do you? That can’t be good for you. 

My advice to you would be find some ziplock bags. You can buy them online on places like eBay and Amazon if you can’t find them in local stores. I’ve used them since I started selling my used panties two years ago and haven’t had any problems or any complaints. My panties always arrive fresh and my buyers seem pretty happy. 

When I use ziplock bags I still compress them as much as possible by using a book, rolling the ziplock bag and sometimes even by sucking out the air myself. Whatever works, really. 

I know a few used panty sellers use vaccum sealing with mixed results. Most seem happy but a few I’ve spoken to have told me that sometimes it sucks the moisture out of the panties if you try to seal the bag with the panties still moist. If you were only ever sending dry panties and had the spare cash, this might be the option for you if not however, it’s not a requirement. Don’t feel like you need one!

I'm located in the U.S., if that narrows anything down.

Also, I want to do online selling only... so no meeting in person. Is paypal a possible payment method? Or if I go with Payoneer, should I sign up for it using my panty-selling persona/name?

When you send your panties, do you put them in a ziploc bag? What kind of shipping package do you use? (box, envelope, etc) What's the most discrete?

Thanks for writing to me here! I’m glad you’ve found my blog helpful, I’d like to think it does help other people and that I’m not just sitting here doing all of this writing for nothing.  

Firstly, Panty Trust is not a platform to use to sell your used panties. It’s a group of used panty sellers and buyers who wanted the used panty trade to be more transparent overall and people to hold some ethics when it came to dealing with their customers. 

If you want someone to help you find your way in the used panty scene, to help you market yourself, etc. and you hold the same ethic, by all means sign up with Panty Trust. If not, just don’t do it.

Being in the US should make it easier for you to sell to Americas (who have to be some of the kinkiest people around, if the internet is a reliable source!) I’ve tried multiple different places, my personal preference is my own site, so I can vet my buyers myself, document my adventures in pantyland (on my blog) and have everything in one place so people can google me and know I’m genuine. There are other websites however, like Panty Zoo, eBanned (which I haven’t used so can’t vouch for it) and some people even just open a twitter account and let others know they are selling their panties, which seems to work okay. 

Paypal is a HUGE no-no. They do not allow adult transactions and will not hesitate to close your account (and the buyers) and keep both your money. I had one buyer tell me once that he didn’t want to use anything other than Paypal to buy my panties because no other form of payment would allow chargebacks if I didn’t deliver my panties, being a member of Panty Trust, a long-time seller, having a long online “paper trail”, references, etc. Didn’t matter to him, after pointing out to him politely that paypal would close both our accounts if he went to them with a complaint which would render them useless if this was the only reason he wanted to use them; he said he would take his business elsewhere. Occasionally you do meet these people, and it’s a shame but you have to have boundaries.

In regards to payoneer, you use your legal name, however with the way payoneer is set up, no-one ever sees it. I have previously written about good and bad payment methods and you can also read more about payoneer on their website. 

I always ship in plain envelopes with padding. I ziplock my panties for freshness and wrap them in tissue paper so when my panty buyers receive the panties, they feel like they are getting a special present. The personalised, hand-written note I send with every order adds to that feeling. I do this to make people happy, because really, doing it for the money would have starved me a long time ago! ;)

Want something a little extra in your used panty order?

Today I’m going to talk about the most common extras. Feel free to comment if I leave any out…

Starting with the panty extras that I offer then those that are also common: 

Standard Panties from me are used panties that I wear for 24 hours and masturbate in, I take photo’s of me modelling the panties to send digitally so my buyer gets teased a little before they arive I then send the used panties in a plain padded envelope that contains the panties which are in a ziplock bag (for freshness) then wrapped in tissue paper like a little gift. Most girls do a variation on this theme.

Longer wear Is when buyers request girls to wear panties for more than a day, most girls will charge for longer wear. The most girls tend to do is seven days. I wear for upto three. I’ve heard of a few guys who want them worn for a month, but I’ve never heard of anyone forfilling this fantasy for hygene reasons. As I've said before, it's important to set your boundaries early. What are you comfortable doing and what would you rather not do?

Exercise panties Are those panties worn while the girl exercises. They are more fragrant than if panties are worn without exercise. Think of all of those extra feremones!

Butt Musk (What’s that you ask?) rub your finger along the crease at the top of your butt, then smell. Panties that have this smell are buttmusk panties and some buyers really love them!

Stuffed Panties Are panties that the girl has stuffed inside of her vagina while masturbating. They are very fragrant. I had an old lover a while back who has still kept some I gave to him (his new girlfriend told me! Oops!)

Pee Panties Are panties that have scent of pee on them. Either they’ve had a few dribbles of pee or have been soaked through, depending on what the buyer and seller want.

Poo panties I used to offer these but didn’t get many takers. They’re panties that you’ve left skid marks in. Messy and fun for those who're into it and honestly, I had a lot of fun making that mess!

Sex panties are panties the girls' worn after unprotected sex with a guy (usually a partner) and have a mixture of both her juices and his for the buyer to “clean”. A huge fantasy of more men than will admit! ;)

I wanted to take a moment to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I'm lucky that I'll be having a nice, warm Christmas this year! Ah, those lucky Australians! 

I know we're all busy this time of year, and I have been! I'm looking forward to writing more used panty selling advice next year, I have a few emails that I'm going to write responses to and post them here, the first will be in late January, so keep your eyes peeled!

Hiatus from Used Panty Advice

Hey guys,

A quick note to let you all know that I'm going on hiatus from writing this advice collum until next year as I'm off travelling for the remainder of this year.

Some of you may have noticed it's been a while since I've posted. Partly this is because I've not been getting as many questions as I have in the past. I think this is partly because I've covered most of the big topics. Which I'm rather happy about.
