Using Twitter to market yourself and your used panty buisiness

Twitter is a very popular platform for many people and businesses nowadays. Within used panty circles though, it’s gaining more and more popularity as a fun way to promote yourself and your used panties, network and make friends in the used panty fetish community. Here's how to make it work for you and your used panty buisiness!

Twitter’s a great place to build a space you want to be in: following people and organisations you want to network with or befriend and opening yourself for others’ to do the same with you. It’s important to remember all relevant organisations and people on twitter, and to follow any you find interesting. This not only helps you make twitter into a space you want to be in but also makes you more visible for other used panty buyers and sellers.

Twitter is not, however, a place to be picky with who you talk to*. If someone starts a conversation with you, you should continue that conversation as conversations are what twitters' all about and being friendly and open is what you need in the twittersphere to be successful.

Twitter can be a valuable marketing tool for your products (advertising individual used panties, digital content, dirty socks, smelly stockings, sweaty pantyhose, and other fetish items) but it’s important not to get too caught up with straight advertising. Show a little personality on twitter also, because personality keeps things interesting and lets your buyers know that you’re a real person!

What I do, when I have the time to do so (which varies depending on what I’m doing and how hard I want to promote my items) is using my account at Hoot Suite to promote my panties in peak times when I know they will get the most views and just tweeting normally all the rest of the time.
Hoot Suite is a website that you link to your twitter account (and other social media sites like facebook) and set up a schedual for your used panty ads (also any other ads for fetish items and fetish clothing) to be advertised. It can be quite time-consuming to do the set up but it is worth it in my experience.

Using images – which is something I need to do more of – to promote yourself on twitter is also a good idea because people are visual and want to see what you have to offer, it’ll also more likely to be re-tweeted by others.

Be careful though – twitters addictive, take it from someone who knows! I spend more time on there than anywhere else online because it can be so much fun!

*Like anything, there may be not-so-nice people there who you perhaps shouldn’t communicate with, your intuition will tell you when to stay away however and personally I haven’t had any “get away from me” moments yet on twitter – knock on wood!
